26&2 Hot Yoga

The original hot yoga. Sweat your way to bliss with this beginner-friendly sequence of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. We talk you through every posture in a way that is easy for beginners to understand. The postures are the same every class so that you can track your progress. You will leave class feeling invincible! We offer this class in the original 90 minute format, as well as 75 and 60 minute express classes. on fridays we host a “26&Tunes” party where we practice with music.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga

Looking to stress less and stretch more? Yin yoga will leave you feeling a little more limber and a lot more at peace. We hold gentle, supported versions of floor based postures for 3 to 5 minutes to work deep into connective tissue and muscle tightness. During class your body will release tension, leaving you in a more relaxed state. Yin yoga offers benefits like increased flexibility, improved circulation, stress relief, and a sense of calm. This class is beginner-friendly and promotes mindfulness and rest.

Hot Hybrid Yoga
Strength & Flow

Our signature Strength class offers dynamic movement and upper body strength at a beginner-friendly pace. Class emphasizes proper alignment and mindful movement. You will gain strength, balance, mobility, and most importantly, peace of mind. Class is suitable for all levels of practice, including beginners.register for class

Hot Flow

Hot Flow combines elements of 26&2 yoga with vinyasa. You will leave feeling strong and serene in body, mind, and spirit. Class is excellent for vinyasa students who are new to hot yoga, and 26&2 practitioners looking to gain more upper body strength. Class is suitable for all levels of practice, including beginners..

Our 45 minute non-heated family yoga class is the perfect way to bond with your loved ones through movement, breath, and play! Class is suitable for adults and children ages toddlers to pre teens.

family yoga is beginner friendly. No prior yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle to the studio.

Teenagers are welcome to join but may feel a little too cool for (yoga) school. We offer a separate Baby and Me class for our youngest yogis who are not yet crawling.

Family yoga pricing: (1) $33 drop in per 1 adult and 1 child. Class is included in membership for those with a monthly or annual membership, or 10 class pass. Additional family members, whether they're children or adults, can join for $10 each. Our software does not allow for the $10 option online, but you can pay the drop in on the day of class, or in advance at the studio.

Family Yoga
Baby & Me Yoga


Baby and Me Yoga combines playful movement for babies with yoga postures and breathing techniques for adults, emphasizing movements that are accessible for postpartum bodies.

In this non-heated 45 minute class, you'll get the chance to bond with your baby and connect with fellow parents. Caregivers of all sorts are welcome.

Class is designed for babies 2 months to crawling.

Baby & Me Pricing: Caretaker and baby can take class for $33 as a drop in. Class is included in membership for those with a monthly or annual membership, or 10 class pass.

Second or third caretakers who want to join can take class for just $10 each. Unfortunately our software doesn't allow for a $10 drop in online, so additional adults joining primary caretaker and baby can come to the studio and get the drop in price day of class.

We recommend bringing some toys, a baby blanket and burp cloth to put on top of the blankets we provide.
